Remote Training session fee: £85 per hour for existing EPOS software that you already have from elsewhere, including Sentinel Touch (also known as CES Touch or Geller Touch), SamTouch, Wasp QuickStore, SamStock, SamTouchOffice, SalonMaid, Mobo2Go Admin, and ROM-based software on SPS500, SPS2000 and SPS2200 tills. We also provide training on CAS and Digi Label Printing Scales.

We provide staff training in both the use of the system and ongoing programming changes and amendments. We will agree the training agenda with you prior to the session or course, covering all the different functions you want your staff and managers to become familiar with.

Remote Training is carried out via a live telephone call and remote access. Your terminal must be connected to your internet router, and a telephone should be available next to the terminal during the session. For most systems, a 1.5 to 2-hour session is sufficient to cover the main areas of the training agenda.
